Information we collect

We collect your name, Rwanda phone number, password hash, selected plan, subscription dates and payment status to provide your account. When you submit payment proof, we store the image and the information needed to manually verify it.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, verify payments, grant access, prevent misuse, respond to support requests and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and storage

Secure HTTP-only session cookies keep you signed in. We use hosting, database, video and storage providers to operate Ibyegeranyo. Their processing is limited to delivering the service.

Security and retention

Passwords are hashed; payment proofs and account records are restricted to authorised administrators. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable safeguards and retain information only as long as needed for operations, legal obligations or dispute resolution.
